Two deals require a large amount of funding and pay quite well with high ROI and security.  $1M - $10M Funding opportunities.

I have two deals that require a large amount of funding but pay quite well:

 

Opp #1:  $1M - $10M USD Banking opportunity.  Funds never leave the bank account (zero risk) and the return is approx. 100% over 60 days.  Timeline for next round of funding is estimated to be Feb 2008. Funds must be totaled in one account.

 

Opp #2: $10M USD minimum US housing foreclosure packages.  Packages can be bought for 37 to 50 cents/dollar.  No timeline was given to me for this opportunity but I suspect several weeks.
