Wind Farm Project

Hello, After our conversation you requested that I outline our proposals for energy production in New brunswick and beyond, with our company, Biowind Canada. I have bullet pointed it for simplicity. Any questions please let me know. 1) How much do we want to raise? I would like to leave this answer open ended; The more we raise the more projects we could commission. For example, each 1MW of wind will produce aprox. $150,000 a year and 1MW of biomass $600,000 a year. We have the current plan to produce 21mw of combined power making a total of 12.6M dollars of guaranteed income per year. Each MW of wind costs about $500,000 to install (we are installing 1mw now and that is our budget) and 1mw of biomass 1.5 million. so to make a total setup we could use $42 million- with $63 million back in 5 years from power sales, the 42 million capital could very well be returned in that time. Of course the reason I say the amount that we are asking is open ended, is, it can be done in segments- for $1 million we can install a section of our allowance, for $10 million more. It is not a project that HAS to have the full amount to operate. we would like to also announce that, we have financial institutional support, we have been given term sheets from the caisse populare which we declined, and the Royal Ban of Canada, who loaned us $500,000 for the first project. If the bank has faith in something, it is usually worth supporting. What are we looking for? at this stage we are only looking to take on cash, not partners, unless the partner has significant political standing/knowledge of the wind industry and can contribute significantly to the growth of the business. Ideally, we are looking for a cash injection in exchange for payback with interest, like a bank loan, which will return the lender a reasonable source of interest. However, we are open to any offers on the table, and are willing to meet and negotiate with you. We believe our venture is profitable- so profitable in fact that the institutions are wiling to put their money in. The government has no choice but to allow the rapid expansion of companies producing renewable energy- we have no choice, as fossil fuels are depleting renewable energy companies are going to become the new shell and BP. Our partners have collectively invested $500,000 of assets to match the bank of Canada, making the first project currently worth $1 million. on completed installation the project will have a worth of $2 million, and all our business assets are available for use as collateral.
